BOINDIA development centers are located in the India and has anchor locations in various cities in US. Our development environment is designed to facilitate distributed software development among virtual teams. Our communications network provides 24x7 high bandwidth links between development centers, and our integrated communications and computing infrastructure can be configured and extended to support customer locations.

BOINDIA has well established processes and procedures for data management and security, addressing such issues as access control and protection, data loss prevention, protection of confidentiality and intellectual property, and disaster recovery.

Management Team

Vipul Mittal, CEO
Vipul Mittal is a pioneer in offshore and back office solution industry. Prior to founding BOINDIA, he was a SVP at Leading software services firm, specializing in offshore development to U.S. clients. His background includes enterprise resource planning, process automation, and hardware and software system design in the telecommunications and computer industries. Mr. Mittal holds an engineering degree from MIT, India.

Susan Varghese, Director, Human Resources and Recruitment
Susan is responsible for BOINDIA Recruitment and HR area. Susan joined BOINDIA with HR and business development experiences at WIPRO. She manages the recruitment team and HR processes targeted towards the local and global market. Susan holds an MBA degree from IIM, Bangalore.

Nikhil Kumar, Director, Outsourcing
From the day he joined BOINDIA, Nikhil has played a pivotal role in building long-term relationships with BOINDIA's clients in the U.S. and in Europe. He is currently overseeing all sales, recruitment and account management activities at BOINDIA. Mr. Nikhil holds an Engineering Degree from MIT, India and is a Sun Certified J2EE Architect and a strong Java World evangelist.
